Legion Laser Studio ships personalized and custom products throughout the United States. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time may vary based on order size, destination, package weight, dimensions, and carrier service.
Processing and Production Time
Most Legion Laser Studio products are customized or made to order.
Production begins after:
Final artwork or design approval
Order details are confirmed
Required payment has been received
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, level of personalization, and current workload.
An estimated production timeline will be provided with your order or custom quote.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination ZIP Code, package weight, package dimensions, and available carrier services.
Depending on the order, we may compare available services from carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.
The final shipping method and cost will be shown or confirmed before the order is completed.
Complimentary Local or Regional Delivery
Complimentary local or regional delivery may be available for qualifying church, school, business, and institutional orders in the Oklahoma City area and surrounding communities.
Eligibility depends on order size, delivery location, and project requirements and will be confirmed with your custom quote.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has completed production and has been handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Legion Laser Studio is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, or the delivery location.
We will assist with available carrier claims when appropriate.

At this time, our standard shipping service is intended for addresses within the United States.
