At Legion Laser Studio, many of our products are personalized, custom-made, or engraved specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of these items, please review your order details and artwork carefully before approving production.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products are final sale once artwork has been approved and production has started.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom products due to changes of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or artwork that was approved prior to production.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@legionlaserstudio.com.
Changes or cancellations may be possible only before artwork approval or production begins.
Once production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order due to an error by Legion Laser Studio, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your name and order or invoice number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted artwork, spelling, names, logos, placement, and personalization details before production.
Low-resolution or unsuitable artwork may require adjustment before engraving. We will communicate with you if artwork preparation is required.
Natural Material Variations
Wood, leatherette, slate, bamboo, and other materials may naturally vary in grain, texture, color, and engraving appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Legion Laser Studio.
Return Instructions
Please contact Legion Laser Studio at info@legionlaserstudio.com before returning any item. Approved returns will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
